In 1981 the members of the Fiorini family, wellknown as owners and managers of the famous restaurant "da Malvina" on the beach of Portonovo, began the rebuilding of the abandoned "International Youth Resort" with the intention to turn in into a hotel offering all the comforts, without altering the original structure of the building or disturbing the landscape of the Conero. And this is what they did.

The hotel, completely built in stone, is situated in midts of the typical mediterranean maquis, in a position that dominates the bay of Portonovo : all its 26 rooms have private bath and shower, telephone, central heating, minibar, television and air conditioning.
