L'Italia in una Regione

Travelling thorough Marche Region means doing an inner travel at the discovery of our authentic roots, trough panoramic drives that climb hills carpeted by olive trees, vineyards, sunflowers and lavander, in a still vergin environment safeguarded by 11 protected areas, two steps away from the old villages sourranded by boundary walls that, high on the hills, dot the whole territory. In Marche Region, the respect and love for tradition, are shown in the valorisation of a gstronomy with excellent wines (13 DOC and 2 DOCG) that founds its origins on the use of typical products from the rural world (exquisite are olive oil, cheeses, salami, dishes with truffle...) and the sea one (such as the "brodetto", a famous fish soup) as well as the preservation of old jobs. For shopping lovers, in fact, there is the possibility to pick and choose as an extraordinary world animates the historic city centres:renown potters of centuries-old traditions, blacksmiths, leather goods workers, paper artisans and restoration specialists, goldsmiths and silversmiths, armoures, musical instruments technicians (how can we forget accordions?), weavers, lace makers (famous the one of Offida), stone, straw and rush artisans, producers of hats and pipes..... And there are also company stores of  the numerous "made in Marche" brands that have made the Marche's economic model famous in the world.
