Hotel Internazionale Portonovo

Small and cozy, Hotel Internazionale is set in one of the most  beautiful corners of the world and looks over a marvellous and tempting sea.     

In 1981, the Fiorini family started the restoration of the abandoned "International Youth Hostel" and gave it a new life, keeping intact its perfect harmony with the Mediterranean Maquis, that is still lush in this area of the Adriatic coast. The new building is entirely made of stone and, from its position, dominates the whole bay of Portonovo.

Portonovo is a small bay set 12 km to the south of Ancona. it is a natural jewel located where Mount Conero softl slopes down into the sea, creating very attractive coves, most of which can only be reached by sea.   

   In 2008/2009 the hotel has been internally  restored and redecorated and all rooms have been widened and renovated. Now, 25 cozy and bright rooms guarantee our guests  a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The restaurant offers the best fish menus of the local cooking tradition.

The whole complex is surrounded by the luxuriant vegetation of the Conero Park Reserve, with a wide garden, a solarium terrace and private car-park.

Despite the 300 mts that separate the hotel from the seaside, our guests can easily arrive to all the beaches of Portonovo where many activities can be practiced: canoeing, wind surfing, water skiing, fishing. You can also rent a motor or a rowing boat to go and explore all the beautiful coves created by the sea.

The hotel is open all year-round and the family-run management is guarantee of quality, attention to details and friendliness.
